RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through alunavora.shop. The store is operated by A & L TREE SERVICE LLC.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered. Eligible returns are free of charge. Contact nnieaudiaran_ta@outlook.com before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Approved returns should be sent only to the return address supplied in our instructions. Unless we provide different written instructions, the business address is:

Return Requirements

Returned merchandise should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with tags, packaging, accessories, and any included documentation. We may decline a return for wear, damage, odor, washing, alteration, or missing components, except when the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not the item ordered.

The following products are generally not returnable unless defective or a mandatory law provides otherwise:

- Gift cards;
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products;
- Digital products after delivery;
- Perishable goods; and
- Opened hygiene-sensitive products or items identified as final sale.

This policy does not limit cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the United States, the United Kingdom, or another applicable jurisdiction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, email nnieaudiaran_ta@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After review, we may provide a replacement or a full refund without charging return costs.

Refund Processing

After an eligible return is received and approved, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If an approved refund does not appear after the applicable processing time, contact nnieaudiaran_ta@outlook.com so we can investigate.

Shipping, Taxes, and Return Costs

Orders with a merchandise total greater than US$30 qualify for free standard shipping. Any charge for an order at or below US$30 is shown at checkout before payment. We do not charge customers a separate tax or import-duty payment on delivery; where applicable, such amounts are included in the checkout total or paid by us, subject to law. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by applicable law; otherwise, the refund covers the eligible returned merchandise.
